He provides individual counseling to adults and adolescents, as well as couples and family counseling to address concerns including anxiety, perfectionism, depression, grief, loss, addictions, trauma, communication skills, life & work transition issues, and terminal illnesses. In addition to these areas, he also offers pre-marital counseling. "My goal is to help individuals grow through the challenges set before them, using the struggles they face as steppingstone opportunities to heal and live more authentically." Fr. Timothy specializes in providing treatment from a Family Systems perspective where he works collaboratively with people to explore one's family of origin and how their early developmental years of interpersonal relationships and life experiences have helped shaped them. "Much of our anxiety in life stems from the fact that we would like to have people and things around us change so that we can feel happy or be more at peace. The reality is that our stress and anxiety will only begin to diminish when we direct our efforts inward, toward the healing of self."
